The Mobilisation Programme
Getting Started
The starting point for The Mobilisation Programme is a meeting with senior management during which we seek to understand the major challenges facing your organisation. The next step is to run a mini-workshop, offering you an insight into the process that will shortly involve your staff.
With agreement to proceed, the process begins. The focus for change is agreed upon and positively reframed, for example ‘Maximising customer satisfaction,’ or ‘Creating a harmonious work environment.’ Finally, a form for the process to take is agreed upon:
- All-employee meeting: An effective approach where organisation members (and in some instances stakeholders), meet at one location for two to four days.
- Parallel meetings: When people are geographically dispersed, the meetings can be held at multiple locations in parallel.
- Serial meetings: When business constraints prevent meeting for two or more days, the process can be conducted over a series of shorter meetings spread over several weeks.
- Positive change network: Organization members are trained to in the Mobilisation Programme process and given the resources to initiate projects with their own teams.
