Payment Terms

All courses must be paid for in full before the start date. We will send you a course confirmation that you should bring with you on the day. Please note that unless we have your proof of payment, you may be refused entry to the course.
Bookings made less than 14 days prior to a course must be paid by bank transfer.

Cancellation and Transfer Terms

All bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the course will be converted to a non-refundable credit. This credit may be used for a similar course within 12 months.
No credit will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the course, though you may transfer onto a future course upon payment of 25% of the original course fee.
Substitutions can be made free of charge at any time up to the start of the course.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of such circumstances we will contact you in order that you may transfer your booking.
