You can choose either a telephone consultation of up to 50 minutes, or a written response in either English or French to up to three questions in our area of expertise.
You will receive a personal response from Marvin Faure, experienced organisation development consultant, leadership trainer, expert in change management and motivation.
How does it work?
- Pay 249 CHF (€149, $199) to obtain either a telephone consultation of up to 50 minutes, or a written response to up to three questions. Remember to provide plenty of context so we can provide the best possible response.

- Send your questions to us by email at info@mindstore.ch, together with your choice of written response or phone call.
- On receipt of payment, we will give you an estimated delay for the response (generally less than 48 hours).
- We will then either send you a detailed response, in French or in English, or a suggested date and time for the call.

Response time
We will do everything possible to respond within 48 hours. However, in exceptional circumstances or for the more complex questions it may take a little longer. If the delay is unacceptable, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
